About

Vancouver House, Vancouver. Constrained to a triangular site at the bottom due to a curving access road to the city, the tower starts with a triangular base and then gently cantilevers out to form a top rectangular floor plan, which optimizes residents space. The project is equipped with several sustainability features, including a rain and grey water reuse strategy in both irrigation and non-potable applications, and an urban agriculture plan that incorporates both walls and rooftops (the development features shorter adjacent podium structures as well) to grow food for residents.
