About

Upper West, Berlin. Housing a hotel, offices, retail, and a skybar, the tower is one of the newest landmarks added to Berlin's skyline, and marks the begin of the famous shopping street Kurfüstendamm. The dimensions of the projects are enormous - about 3,600 construction elements were required alone for the facade of the tower. The gleaming white exterior covers around 4,700 tons of reinforcing steel and 38,000 m3 of concrete used in the basic shell of the structural works. The young building has been already sold twice with a significant increase in value and has contributed greatly to the positive image of Berlin's City West.
