[Rendering] Halletts Point, Astoria, Queens, New York. Halletts Point is a new dual-tower complex comprising a 19-story and 22-story residential tower. The development is expected to achieve LEED Gold-certification and incorporates high-efficiency mechanical systems, blackwater recycling, a green roof, and a mix of sustainable construction materials. Total buildable area hovers around 2.4 million square feet including more than 400 rental apartments.
