Ha Long Villa, Vietnam. The main design concept was to create a building surrounded by a forest thanks to layers of interior and semi-exterior spaces filled with greenery, creating a double skin that also helps mitigate the hot tropical temperatures and noise. The exterior walls are made by exposed concrete, which resembles the stone found in Ha Long, the beautiful coastal city in northern Vietnam that is home to this stunning Villa and which is also home to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Long Bay.
