Eleven Hancock, Harlem, New York. [Rendering, new development] When complete, Eleven Hancock in Harlem will incorporate perhaps the most dramatic cantilever in the uptown Manhattan neighborhood. Inspired by the industrial history of its surroundings, the façade is constructed of alternating zinc and rust-colored horizontal bands, oversized floor-to-ceiling windows, and dark-hued mullions. The condominium tower will yield approximately 130,000 square feet with 71 high-end residences.
